  • Help! I can't get through the check-out!

    Don't you hate it when that happens?! We do too, here are a couple of things you can try.

    1. If you are in your cart try refreshing the page, if that doesn't work you can wait for the abandoned cart email to arrive and click on the link to resume your session.

    2. If you've been browsing for a while and been leaving your shopping session, items could have timed out or your cart has timed out. If this is the case you will have to start a new session and rebuild your cart. Clearing your browser's cache is always a good idea if you've had the error more than once.

  • How long will it take for my order to arrive?

    Date of delivery may vary due to inventory availability, Canada Post shipping practices and delivery location. Generally orders ship within 3 days and will take 4 to 7 business days to arrive.

    Please note, orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.

  • Help, my payment didn't go through!

    The most common reason payments don't complete is due to an error in the Billing Address. The Billing Address MUST match what your credit card company has on file for you.

    The Shipping Address can be any Canadian mailing address that Canada Post delivers to.

    You can log into your account and attempt to complete your payment again, or you can start a new shopping cart.

  • Do you offer same day delivery?

    Yes! We currently offer same day shipping from our Wainwright and Comox locations. Please see this page for instructions on how to make your order.

  • Can I pick-up my order in one of your stores?

    Yes! If you would like to pick up your online order at one of our locations, you can add a note to your order during the check-out process. Please note this is not a same day service - not all locations stock exactly what is shown on our website and your items may need to be transferred from another store.

    Please be sure to note which of our locations you would like to pick up from and we will contact you with a day and time your order will be ready for you.

  • How do I pay for my order?

    There are 2 options available for you to make your payment, with a VISA or MasterCard credit card or an e-transfer (bank transfer). 

    Or you can select e-transfer when you checkout and email funds to [email protected].

    Once your payment is received, you will receive an email confirming your payment and you will receive shipping details from Canada Post.  

  • Do I need to create an account to make an order?

    No, you don't have to create an account.

    Once you are in the check-out, enter your email address and click 'Continue'

    You can then fill in the Billing, Shipping addresses and payment to complete your order. 

    If you do create a log in, your Shipping and Billing information will be saved for you making your next order with us easier!
