FreeStyle Vapes - Shipping, In-Store Pick Up & Returns

SHIPPING

Introduction:
All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order, using the original method of payment.

Delivery Location:
Items offered on our website are only available for delivery to addresses across Canada using Canada Post Expedited Parcel shipping. If you would like your package faster, we can quote on Xpresspost or Priority, contact: [email protected]. Age of majority signature (in your province) will be required to receive your shipment. If you are not at home during the delivery attempt, Canada Post will email you the Canada Post location your order is ready for pick-up from. 

We do not ship outside of Canada.

Delivery Time:
An estimated delivery time will be provided to you once your order is shipped along with your tracking order. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order.

Delivery times from Canada Post are to be used as a guide only. Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to ship your order within 1-3 business days of the date of your order being placed. Business day means Monday to Friday, except holidays. Please note we do not ship on Saturdays or Sundays. Orders placed after 3:30PM MST, will be shipped the following business day.

Date of delivery may vary due to province, inventory availability, Canada Post shipping practices, delivery proximity to a major city, method of delivery and the items ordered.

Shipping Costs:
We offer flat rate shipping of $20 across Canada with Canada Post using Expedited Parcel service. Shipping is free of charge on orders over $99 and is automatically applied in the check-out.

Sales tax is charged according to the province or territory to which the item is shipped.

Large Dollar Value Orders:
Due to the high volume of fraudulant orders, any orders over $300 may require extra verification with photo ID emailed to [email protected]

Damaged Items in Transport:
If there is any damage to the packaging on delivery, contact us immediately at [email protected].

RETURNS

Introduction:
We accept returns on all products. You can return unopened items in the original packaging, with tags attached, within 14 days of your purchase with receipt or proof of purchase.

Upon receipt of the returned item, we will fully examine it and notify you via email, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a return. If you are entitled to a return, we will refund your purchase price and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

Shipping costs will not be refunded.

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items are non-refundable.

Exchanges:
We only exchange goods if they are defective or damaged. In circumstances where you consider that a product is defective, you should promptly contact us at [email protected] with details of the product and the defect. You can send the item you consider defective to:

Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via email, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are eligible, we will send you a replacement product.

Exceptions:
Some items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, this includes gift cards.
